Shipping policy

Applicable to Orders Including New Machines or Outlet Machines Only

 

The following shipping terms and conditions apply exclusively to orders that include New Machines or Outlet Machines.
Orders for parts and accessories are not subject to the freight conditions outlined below.

Shipping Coverage
Shipping costs are included* for deliveries within the lower 48 United States.
Machines can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada; however, additional shipping costs may apply and will be quoted separately.

 

Liftgate Delivery
Liftgate service is available as an optional add-on during checkout.
If liftgate service is not selected at checkout but is required at the time of delivery, an additional invoice will be issued to the customer prior to delivery.

 

Residential & Rural Delivery Fees
Residential and rural delivery fees are not included in standard shipping rates.
These services are available by request and may require a custom freight quote.

If a shipment is determined to be residential or rural and this was not selected or disclosed at checkout, the applicable fee will be invoiced separately and must be paid before delivery.

 

Important Notice
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required delivery services (liftgate, residential, rural access, etc.) are selected or requested at the time of purchase. Any additional freight-related charges identified after checkout will be communicated and invoiced prior to shipment or delivery.

*New machine purchases are only accepted through authorized affiliate partners. Any order not linked to an affiliate will be cancelled.
